Fits all models from 1995 through to 1997 with 3.0L or 4.0L V6 engine. Direct bolt-on. Three bolt inlet flange, 2 bolt outlet flange. Bolts between front pipe and muffler assembly.
*Please note prior to installation fire ring may need to be cut from original front pipe otherwise flanges will not mate.

90 days ( GOOD ) - this selection is chosen most by used car dealerships, individuals that are not expecting to keep their vehicles, or budget minded individuals. The item is still constructed from top quality materials, simply discounted to reflect the limited warranty period and offer the customer the lowest possible price. Converters with this warranty are still constructed using OBD2 cores to ensure no premature check engine light and what the market would refer to as a standard grade OBD2 unit. ALL grades feature stainless flex connectors ( if applicable) , stainless converter bodies, and stainless o2 sensor bushings.
1 year / 35,000km ( BETTER ) - this is our most popular selection. These products come with a full 1yr warranty or 35,000km against manufacturer defects with unlimited mileage. Converters with this warranty feature a premium loaded OBD2 converter core with higher precious metals loading and/or a larger amount of substrate internally. These items are designed to last beyond the industry standard.
2 year / 70,000km ( BEST ) - this is our premium line of exhaust products. Converters selected with this warranty ( 2years or 70,000km ) feature a very highly loaded catalytic converter core and generally full stainless steel tubing construction. These are also know as our OEM grade units. These units feature either increase substrate volume or highly loaded California grade internal substrates and protective matting. Although not inherently California legal, the internal substrate is designed based on their standards. The result is a product that will last and perform for many many years.
There is NO warranty on converters that are melted, cracked, broken, overheated, or physical damages. We do not cover installation and or issue labor refunds. All items ship in perfectly working condition. Please see our info section as to why converters fail and what to do to prevent damaging your new product. For all warranty claims the item must either be shipped back first OR a core deposit must be paid until old unit is returned. WARRANTY IS FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY NOT REFUND. For ANY warranty to be valid, proof of O2 sensor replacement at the time of converter replacement is required. This is the leading cause of initial converter failure.
DO NOT be fooled by sellers that advertise '5yr' or 'Lifetime' warranty Catalytic Converters. In most cases this refers to perforation of the converter body only, nothing else. Since our converter bodies are stainless steel there is NO chance of rust-through.

CanadaI was a bit hesitant ordering, this was my first time dealing with muffler express, I’ve never heard of them before. Fast shipping, packaging could be a little better though, the item itself was bubble wrapped but the box it shipped in was poor, the one ****** broke through the box and was scuffed up a bit but no actual damage. I ordered this for my 1997 Ford Ranger 3.0L, it was a direct fit, no modifying whatsoever, however the actual catalytic converters are about 2/3 the size physically of the OE ones. Welds and finish are a bit to be desired, however for the price you can’t go wrong. I would not hesitate ordering this again.
CanadaVery good quality for price fit directly on with exception of cutting fire pipe back an inche very easy. Worth the 5 mins work to save a pile of money on factory cats. It’s a thumbs up experience I’ve used them twice now and both times were great. I plan on using again when needed. Cheers.
